She Leads

She Leads is an initiative of the Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee (BOIC) aimed at strengthening and promoting female leadership in the world of sport. The project targets women who are already active in sports governance or aspire to take on leadership roles within sports organizations.

The She Leads project in Brussels consisted of inspiring workshops, networking sessions, and training focused on leadership skills, strategic thinking, communication, and increasing the visibility of women in sport. Participants had the opportunity to learn from female role models and experts from the sports sector.

Participation in this project reflects a strong commitment to gender equality in sport and a willingness to actively contribute to building a more diverse and representative sports structure in Belgium.
