Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee (BOIC)
Since 2017, I have been actively involved in the Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee (BOIC), where I have taken on an increasing number of responsibilities over the years. My journey within the BOIC reflects my continuous commitment to quality, integrity and the professionalisation of elite sport in Belgium.

I began in June 2017 as a Board Member of the BOIC. I quickly took on an active role in shaping the organisation’s policies and strategic direction. In September 2017, I was appointed Chair of the Officials Commission, a mandate I fulfil with great conviction. In this role, I oversee the selection, guidance and development of Belgian officials active on the international stage.

In November 2018, I joined the Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Commission – Women & Sport, as equal opportunities and inclusion in sport are essential priorities for me. There, I contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening the position of women in sport and in sports governance.
Since September 2021, I have also been a member of the Remuneration Committee, where I help ensure a transparent and fair remuneration policy. That same year, I joined the Executive Board, where I share responsibility for the strategic and operational decision‑making of the BOIC.

In 2025, the trust placed in my leadership was reaffirmed when I was appointed Vice‑President of the BOIC (Flemish section). In this position, I contribute to overall governance, strategic leadership and the continued development of the Olympic movement in Belgium.
