Objectives
Achieve Gender Balance in Leadership:
Address systemic barriers that prevent women from attaining leadership roles in NOCs.
Encourage equitable representation in decision-making positions.

Develop strategies and policies aimed at sustainable gender equity.

Focus on leadership skills, gender equality, and fostering inclusivity within sports organizations.
Policy Recommendations:
Develop frameworks for NOCs to implement sustainable gender balance policies.

Create platforms for female leaders to share experiences and support each other.
Facilitate collaboration between NOCs to exchange best practices.

The project involves several National Olympic Committees from:
Turkey, Greece, Belgium, Latvia, Ireland, Czech Republic, Germany, North Macedonia
